Here's how to cancel Captions.AI
Step 1: Head to captions.ai and log in
Go to captions.ai and click “Get Started” on the top right. That drops you straight into your dashboard.
Step 2: Open your profile
From the left sidebar, click “Profile.” That’ll open up the screen with your subscription info.
Then, click “Manage Subscription.”
Step 3: Cancel it like a pro
You’ll see your current plan and billing info, along with a big button that says “Cancel Subscription.” Smash that button.
Next, a confirmation screen appears—with another, even bigger “Cancel Subscription” button. Click it. Yep, again.
Step 4: Optional survey (blink and it’s done)
Captions AI hits you with a quick one-screen survey. Choose your reason, hit “Submit,” and that’s it.
No endless confirmation loops. No shady email forms. Just one of the easiest exits in the AI editing world.
